For all you EVF-phobic X1D users out there, does anyone have a recommendation for a 4:3 or 6:7 format 35mm-equivalent optical viewfinder to use with the X1D (and 45mm lens)?

I am aware of the Voigtlander 35mm, but this is 3:2 aspect ratio and I'm not sure, given the physical protrusion of the EVF housing on the X1D, that one can bring their eye flush.

Thanks in advance for any guidance/recommendations.

Just how many EVF-phobic X1D owners and users do you imagine there are?

Gosh Aaron, why don't you give it a little time to get used to it?  I am surprised with the fine art photography that you are doing that you haven't fallen in love with it, as I have.
EVF makes it so easy to readily see any exposure adjustments, never any blown highlights at all!  That is a big advantage for a B&W artist.

P.S. Like your works!
Keep Shooting ;)

Thanks Jim.

My eyes don't get along with the flickr/refresh of an EVF - gives me migraines. Not much I can do about it.

On another note, no fine art photography for me! All informal street shooting.
