Not the most helpful release notes I've ever read.  For what it's worth, both the X2D and 907X & CFV 100C received the same update.

At least they're addressing an issue that bugged me... in knowing when an update was completed!

the 4.1 and 4.1.1 only bring an improvement in stability. We have to wait one day for version 5 to have news functionality,.... if it ever comes out :-\  :-\

I do not see any change with the 4.1.1 from the 4.0.0.
I searched all the menus after yesterday's upgrade on my x2d... nothing new >:(

I'm really disappointed now. The new firmware update 4.1.1 is out, and there's still no multi-6-shot pixel shifting, which is very disappointing. Karl Tayler showed us this six months ago, and we're not getting it for tactical reasons. Not a good move by Hasselblad. I'm disappointed. This isn't good form policy. What do you think?

It is what it is.  Currently the X2D is a fantastic camera, possibly the best medium format available. It does everything I need and then some.  So if there were never any improvement in it I would still be happy.  And I believe that I will be happy enough with it not to need the X2D II if and when it shows up.

for sure the X2D is fantastic. i do not need the next camera i think, or perhaps a 907x/CFV100c if hasselblad add the ibis. BUT Small function could be better.

I agree with you!

Maybe a detailed distance scale overlay with accurate depth-of-field (DoF) indicators for the XCD P series lenses, could a valuable addition to a future firmware. (as I mentioned in another post.)
