I am probably missing something basic but cannot connect my camera to either my iPhone 15 Pro or latest iPad Pro using the Phocus 2 app. I added the camera to both devices successfully but when pressing the small icon to connect, I get a spinning circle and "connecting . . . Message for an extended time.  Going to the devices settings, my WiFi is connected to the X2D.

I take a picture using the camera's shutter release but nois transferred to the device. WiFi is of course turned on in the camera.

Yes, I checked settings-> Bluetooth and the camera was also connected to Bluetooth.  Interestingly, the spinning circle happens with the camera WiFi set to 5GHz but shortly afterwards says unable to connect when the camera WiFi is set to 2.4GHz. I also set the camera to shoot only JPEG but that also did not work.

I contacted support at Hasselblad who responded very quickly. They said it was an issue with some XD2 users and they were unable to help being it was a firmware/software issue and that I would have to wait until corrections were made but the timeframe was unknown to them.

My newer X2D does the same but my older one does not, I think clearing the ssd and redoing the firmware update may have fixed it. Still not a proper fix but it's working

Thanks for the information.  I will try to clear the SSD but the firmware on my camera was just updated to the latest without success.
