Phocus2 mobile self timer

Is there a way to set a self timer with tie mobile app? I would like the be able to trigger the camera and put the phone in my pocket before the shutter fires

Also, on a related note I would like to have the face detection auto focus activate before the shot is taken. Seems like only the point focus mode works with the app.
