default approval level

I want my initial approval level to be yellow when I shoot tethered, but they are green. I put yellow in the settings (see image), still no change.. Is there any other setting I don't know about?

This is the one. It's supposed to work. At least it does for me.

The trick is to set it on the camera first (un-tethered), then set it in the software and it should work from then on (ie you don't have to keep setting it)
