Will HC Lenses work on X1D2 with AF

I am looking for a Portrait lens but the XCD 90 is out of reach for me( Dollar wise)
 I am thinking HC with adaptor  but does the adaptor allow AF and combined cost of adaptor and HC lens costs almost whet the XCD 90 will cost?   Thanks

Excepting all versions of the 120mm Macro (none of which will autofocus on X system cameras), all orange dot lenses as well as those earlier lenses that are able to accept lens firmware 19.1.0 will autofocus on X system cameras.

Lenses that do not have lens firmware 19.1.0 installed will not autofocus on X system cameras.
