Urgent - X1Dii frozen with focus light on

Hello all,
In the hills and my X1Dii has frozen with the autofocus light stuck on.
If I remove battery it goes off but then battery in and it's on again and whole camera is frozen.

Any suggestions for fix / reset?

I've a horrible feeling I've just discovered the limit of it's use in wet conditions!

update - it dried out over an hour and half and became usable again but with light still on and the odd flashing evf...but after a few days its no longer on and all seems well.

Remove the battery and let is sit for some 10min before reinserting.

Thanks. Done this. Temperamental but turning on and off now and works...but the light still staying on the whole time...when on and off!
