Repairing a XCD lens hood

The lens shade on my XCD 135 came apart.  For some inexplicable reason, BH has them listed as "discontinued."  I wonder if any can get it repaired while I look for a replacement?  I have been struggling with Hasselblad lens shades for the entire 17 years I've owned Hasselblad digital cameras.  What a PIA.

Campkins Camera in the UK may have the shade in stock. An e-mail might to check stock and willingness to ship to wherever you are located might be worthwhile.
