New X2D firmware & live view support in Phocus Mob 2

I've been waiting, seems like forever and ever so patiently, for the live view support for the X2D and Phocus Mobile 2.  It's here!  And, there are some other significant improvements; check out the release notes.  Downloaded new firmware from "My Hasselblad" site.
