Looking for information on Full well capacity of digital sensors.

Hi,
I'm wondering if any one had access to the data sheets on the sensors we've all been shooting with. I'm keen to compare the specs on the Full Well Capacity of various sensors especially the 22, 39 and 60MP CCD backs with the Sony IMX211 (in the H6D-100) and the IMX461 (in the X2D).
I'd like to compare pixel size with well capacity and in terms of CMOS the difference of the higher noise floor of CMOS architecture.
