Focus Assist flickering dots on X2D EVF/LCD

I've noticed when using Manual Focus Assist that there are a few flickering dots on the screen (both EVF and LCD) appearing always in the same places (see attached images and video link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1sA7WNeCIXHjnP6csL2r4a708TX_MeJts/view?usp=drive_web).

Different settings don't change those flickering dots positions (for example switching between focus peaking to focus indicator; or setting different ISO or focus distance), but they disappear when I change to None, or Auto Zoom. Same with when I switch to Auto Focus for Manual Focus Assist mode.

Dots are visible in EVF and on LCD at exactly the same places and when in Focus Peaking mode they are the same color as currently selected peaking color (orange, cyan etc).
So I suppose it might be a software issue?
Did anybody else see this?
