Phocus hanging on Ventura

I recently installed Ventura, and Phocus 3.7.5. When I start it, it just sits there for minutes, and finally appears.

I have a request in with Hasselblad support but hope that someone may have already solved it.

If you just installed Ventura, then you might have to way a little but after the operating is done re-indexing. This process can take a few minutes to a couple hours (it all depends on how stuff you have on your Hard drive).
