Hasselblad H2 and Lens Error ID 52.1

When I attach my 50mm II lens, I get "Lens Error ID 52.1". The camera fires once but the shot is overexposed. I also got "Lens Error ID 27.1" earlier, on the same day, but I understand that means the body–lens contacts are poor. So, I cleaned them and, now, I just get the error 52.1 message. I notice that the shutter blades are half closed.

I understand error 52.1 may mean the shutter is not working and it may need to be rebuilt. Can anyone confirm this?

Hopefully, the lens can be repaired but where? I am in New Zealand.
