New 28 P vs 21 mm Lenses

My 28P is fantastic in every way, very sharp and cleans up nice in the corners by f8. In fact, a friend of mine who has a XCD 30mm 3.5 is now sending it in to Hasselblad to be checked out at my insistence because when I shot them side by side yesterday, my 28P put his 30mm to shame at every aperture.

As for the magenta cast, people here do not seem to have their facts straight and are storming off in a huff of sorts. On the 50C sensor based cameras like the X1D, X1DII and 907X, the photos are showing a magenta vignette that is most obvious in jpeg and still problematic in the raw files. I shot my 28P side by side on my X2D and 907X and it did not show up at all with the X2D but did with the 907X.

Teething pains folks, hopefully can be corrected with firmware, software or both. It's a killer lens, especially for the price and the size is unbeatable.
