Just noticed on Ebay an adaptor that seems to let you put M42 glass on a Hasselblad X series camera...

Has anyone used one of these, has one of these or knows of any problems with these?

I understand totally the you would manual focus it and have to use the E-shutter too, but it would be nice to use my Helios 44 M42 lense on my X1D.

Also...

Is there anyway to adapt a Sony FE lens to X series too??? Can't seem to find this anywhere.

Thanks in advance.

Nevermind on the Sony lenses, apparently it can't be done...

I have shot the Jupiter 8 and the Cooke Amotal.  I have not tried any other M42 glass yet.  I used the TTArtisan adapter.  The J8 covers the entire sensor from f/2.0, the Cooke is able to cover the sensor from ~f/4.0.  Not a very fancy test but you will get the idea: https://flic.kr/s/aHBqjAwryY
