X2D and Old V Lens - issue

For those who have older Zeiss V Lenses with XV adaptor and X2D; after taking an image, when you review the image afterwards and zoom in by pressing the rear command dial, it zooms into the top left instead of the centre? Does anyone else see this?

On my XCD 45p, the behaviour is correct, it zooms into the original focus point. I suspect the s/w code doesn't have a record of the focus location (since it's an adapted lens) and defaults to the top left.

I put a ticket into HB, but they had a hard time reproducing and i ended up know where.

I've had this problem. I've come to just ignore it. It's part of the reason I always prefer native lenses when a suitable focal length is available.

This is fixed in the new firmware 2.0.0. Yay!
