Hi

New to this, just testing out a CFV-16 and this software.

So sorry to ask, answer is probably easy.

3 questions...

1) I seem not to be able to view my images as shown in the manual. I would like to see one chosen image large in the centre. But how?

2) Second, for some reason is the date comletely wrong. Probably because the back has been powerless.
How to I keep the correct datum permanent in the CFV-16?

3) How to I batch-change the EXIF data for RAW files?

Thanks for helping me on the way!

Alex

Would you not first need to import them to convert them from
.3FR files to .FFF files first in order to see them in the main viewer?

HansH

Hi

Thanks, I have no idea. Is that the correct workflow?

Alex

Have a go..

Maybe rename your .3FR folder Camera RAW and then create a a new folder called RAW, Option select /Right click the .3FR files and Import them into that new RAW folder.
You can re name & tweak the IPTC data as well within the Import process.

For modifying the the EXIF data one could use EXIF Tool (GUI).

I have no idea how this works.
The option 'import' (when pointing at the folder) is greyed out. Both from the 'file' menu and 'control/click' (have mouse with one button ;-)
You mean I must import file after file? One image at the time....?

EDIT Importing ONE image works, I see indeed the full image in the central part of the window.
Thanks a lot!

So, now I want to solve the issue with importing a whoƶe folder at the same time ......

Alex

Hmm
After selecting a range of .3FR images I still have the option to Import
Granted these are from H & X cameras but this should be still also possible with files from CFV ones too no?
