Check the magazine with H5D-60 !

Hello,
My H5D-60 suddenly crashed with the "check magazine" ad! It said that with my HC120 and my HCD28! I tried everything: remove the battery, the back... Always blocked until it started to work again without knowing why! If such an adventure and its cause is known, I am very interested

Clean the contacts between the body and back. That usually happens when oxidation appears on the contact pads due to moisture or skin oils. While you're at it, you should probably clean the lens to body and finder to body contacts.

Start with a dry cotton swab. Ideally, use something like DeOxit Red to clean and leave a protective coating. Do not use an eraser or alcohol - the eraser will remove the thin gold plating and alcohol will just dessicate the contact inviting more moisture to build back on the contact.
