How to connect HC 300mm tripod mount plate to astro plate?

I'm trying to figure out how to connect my HC 300mm tripod mount plate to this astrophotography plate (attached). The holes don't line up and when i tried the middle screw hole the hasselblad plate got stripped. Are there any good plate adapters / replacements for the HC 300 plate that allow you to connect with non-Hasselblad plates?
