I installed Phocus 3.7.2 on my PC, but it doesn't run at all after the first run. The symptom is that when I run the program, the program opens, loads the pictures, and then the program closes again. How do I fix it?

Phocus 3.72. After installing the version on Windows 10, it runs normally only once, then the program shuts down again while loading the image. The Hasselblad team tells me to uninstall the program and reinstall it, but I've already repeated the process several times and even installed the previous version, but the result is the same. And the same goes for disabling the GPU... how can I fix it?

Not a lack of RAM that's for sure  :) I wish I knew how to fix that, but I left Windows a long time ago. You have done already what I would have done. I presume your Windows version is fully up to date too?

And what about GC drivers ?

GC drivers are very often updated with no automatic notice.

When working with modern imaging software, it's very important to update regularly GC drivers.
