Problem XCD 4/45P can't sync with flash other lenses can

Hi all,

I'm having this problem while shooting with my X1D MKII and the 45P, it seems the shutter cant sync with the flash. I have 2 more lenses, 90 and 30, both working and syncing perfect.

The radio controller is a Godox X Pro N, and the flashes are 2 Godox V1 + Godox AD300 PRO.

Am I missing something?

Have you checked that your shutter speed isn't exceeding your flash duration? If it syncs at 1/200th but not 1/1000th or higher then this will be the problem.

Verify please camera and lens firmwares

45P lens has a special firmware different from other XCD lenses

firmwares have to be latest version

I have the exact same setup with trigger, flash, lens and camera and haven't had a problem with flash sync.
