Any ideas to run Phocus 3.7 on MacOS 10.14 Mojave?

Run it using Open in Rosetta  -- install as usual, find the app in your applications folder then press the GET INFO button and make sure the Open using Rosetta box is checked.

Thanks for the idea. But Rosetta is only for Apple Silicon CPUs. I'am running an old modified MacPro with OS Mojave 10.14.
An update to 10.15 is maybe possible - but I will lose some old Software which I really like (old photoshop and cumulus)

Any other ideas? How to get the correction for the new XCDv lenses into my phocus 364?

Did you try running it on 10.14? It is just copying a file. You can probably open the app as a folder and try to search for correction data files. No idea how that is stored, though, and whether you could copy them over to 3.6.something.
Other option is to create a new second boot partition just with 10.16.
