new phocus 3.7 for windows startup bug

when connected to usb and power on camera x1d2, phocus starts automatically.

when you now power down x1d2 and power up again, a second phocus is started at the back and both programs are hidden.
only looking at the task manager shows them both and you need to kill them before powering on again to start phocus.

version 3.6.1 did not have this problem

has been solved with installation of 3.7.1

maybe this also had to do with the hasselblad driver, that was not working correctly.
