I can't release the cone-shaped lens hood. Are there any tricks, or do i need to send it to Hasselblad.

You have to slide the metallic side lever and holding it slided down (unlocking) while turning the cap counterclockwise

I am doing that but i will try again with some more force.

Once unlocked the cap turns very easily

goes the unlocking button all the way down to the end of the notch ?
If not you will not be able to unlock the cap
It's the same system that locks extender and lens together.

No and tried force now. So i guess its back to Hasselblad.

Here in locked cap position the cap index is at 9h00 and the lock button is at 11h00.

If positions are not as this, the cap has been forced in the wrong position and it will be difficult to removed it unless destroy and replace it !

Thanks! It seems to have been locked in the right position.

I managed to solve the problem! I managed to get in a knife in the small gap I got when the lens hood was nearly off. It popped with some mild violence.

I have tried the extender on the lens. It works great. So I guess it was a damage on the lens hood? However i will never use that hood again.

Yes this extender is dedicated to the XC135, it is part of it's optical build an there is no visible sharpness loss with it.
It's a great compact solution
