Hello,
I would like to open the 60Mpx CCD back to try to repair the connector allowing the connection to the computer.
I think we have to open the back plate, that with the screen.
The 2 screws are very tight.
I would be reassured, before opening (everything else works very well) if a disassembly experience like this could be shared with me.
Thank you in advance for your help,
Alain (from France)

If you're having all the problems that you are simply disassembling the 150HC, I'd not recommend you start tearing into a back. You need the proper tools - not just any screwdriver, but ones that match the head pattern and size correctly. You'll either strip them out or worse, slip and shove it through something critical.

You're also going to need a dust free, clean-room type location or clean box, fingercots, and other things to keep the inside of that back very clean.

Thank you for these wise recommendations.
For the HC150, I will have the tools mid-August.
I am used to watchmaking with good tools, but I do not have a dust-filtered environment.
The back is working well, and not really needing connected mode, I will listen to your advice :)
See you soon,
