Does Phocus Mobile 2 work with X1D version 1

I've never tried using Phocus mobile, but now need a remote way to control shutter (just to take the picture, nothing more). Will the new version of the app work with the original X1D or do I need to use the original version of Phocus Mobile. Thanks!

You would need the original mobile version for the X1D1. After all, trying does not take a lot of time
