Question about M9 Leica, for change :)

Hello,
I have an M9. Its sensor has been replaced by a model which also presents risks of corrosion.
The Kolaris company offers a replacement with a reliable sensor for $ 1000.
I would like to know this miraculous sensor results in: the beautiful rendering of the original CCD or something else.
