HCD 35-90mm won't autofocus

Hi am Stavros and my 35-90 won't autofocus, did anyone run into the same issue and how was this resolved?
am using an H5D 50 .
my 28mm works perfectly.

I'm afraid that your lens will have to travel to Sweden. It's a common problem with 35-90. Most probably your autofocus unit must be replaced $$$

Before you send it off make sure the lens is securely locked on and that the gold contacts are clean.

 Just to let you guys know that the lens traveled to Sweden and the repair costs were ONLY 94,00 Euros
they have replaced the GEAR UNIT.
