H5D-40 Not connecting Error: -10007/1

Hi guys! I hope everyone it's ok.

The other at a photoshoot I changed the lens of my camera (H5D-40) from a 80mm to the 120mm macro and the camera never connected to the computer again. It started to show a message with an error 10007/1. I changed the lenses back but the error kept appearing.

Does anyone knows what's this is about? I would really appreciate any solution before I have to send it to the US or Sweden.

Drop the battery.
Clean all lens contacts.
Reboot with fresh battery.
Let us know how you get on.
