Availability of the .08 HC to X lens converter and 45P lens in the US

Does anyone know when Hasselblad will start shipping this to the US? It looks like all the dealers are out of stock.  As is the 45P lens, also universally out of stock.

I believe the 45P was completely sold out this year and they have been preparing another batch. These were due in November and were (quite understandably) running late but appear to be in stock in Sweden now. As for the 0.8 Converter, I have mine and they are still in stock in Europe. Both are in demand but I would imagine stock to find its way across the pond over the next couple of weeks.
