Hi,
Just some week ago I got my X1D II and I am extremely happy with the camera. I wanted to extend the live view options with a bigger screed and because the iPadPro (2020 model) said to be compatible with the camera I got the iPad now. I can control the camera with the Pad and save the pictures on the Pad but I have no live view picture on the iPad at all...I tried the wireless connection and the connection through the USB wire too with the same result... No live view picture shows on the iPad... I do not really know what I am doing wrong after the many different trials... Is here anybody who is using the x!D II with iPad Pro and could get the live view picture on the Pad??? I wrote to Hasselblad about this problem but I haven't got any answer so far... Nice and safe day to all of You!

Lazlo,

Live view has not yet been enabled in Phocus Mobile 2 for the X1D II 50c.
This is planned, but I have no timetable for you at this time.

Thank You so much for the answer Steve!
I was thinking that I have bee doing something wrong... I hope that this update will soon come.
The funny thing is that the reason why I got the iPad was in the possible live view on the pad...
Have a nice and safe day! Sincerely; Laszlo

Yes looking forward to that update! I can control the camera from my iPad 5th gen. no pro model, but as you say no LV. Otherwise Phocus works very well on the iPad.

Just tried to import raw files from the X1DII into LR CC on the iPad Pro and the "import from camera device" option is grayed out? Any ideas?

Edit: just realized the X1DII has to be set to Mac OS when connecting to iPad to import into LR CC...strange but problem solved
