X1D bug with HC lenses?

Hi,
did I find a bug?

- X1D II (newest firmware 1.1.0) with X H adaptor and HC lens (tested: HC210 and HC300, 1/800 models)
- aperture fully open
- "True Exposure" in the menu set to ON
=> at shutter speeds faster than 1/125 (starting at 1/160), there is a 1 second delay after pressing the shutter and an about 2-3 stop overexposure of the picture.

The problem disappears with  ANY of these changes:
- "True Exposure" off
- aperture closed 1/3rd or more
- shutter speed 1/125 or slower

Can anyone confirm this? With X1D II or X1D?
