Looking for XCD 21mm f4

Hi,
I am looking for a used XCD 21mm in very good condition. The price for a new is too much for me, therefore if anyone is not using theirs too often, we could agree on something feasible for both parties.
I am situated in Bulgaria, so it would be best if the seller is located in the EU and there will be no VAT and taxes for me
