capture failed

Hello, I am shooting with a H5D50 CDD tethered to a mac book pro. Been shooting for years like this , no problems. Recently i got this message capture failed. No capture is transmitted to the mac book pro neither to to card inside the camera.  Yesterday I also noted this capture failed trijing to upload 50 images from the camera to  the main computer. after 20 images i got this capture failed message again. Does anyone know what to do, Soft and firmware are all up to date I reformatted the card in camera . Any suggestion much appreciated Aik

First trouble shoot the issue untethered.

Try a different card and make sure you have a fresh battery. Detach back and inspect contacts between back and body.
