I've been shooting with H6D but not sure why the full RAW name does not increment. If I install an new SD or Cfast card, the numbering starts from B0000001 each time. Out of my first 700 exposures I have about 10 RAW files named B0000001. After looking through the manual and on screen options on the camera, I can't seem to find any options to fix this.

Not sure I understand this, but if you got to Service and Reset Counter and then format your card..will that help?

The new card, or newly formatted card, starts from B000001 so over time I'll end up with many multiple image names. I started using a job name to separate files but would have been happy with chronologically incrementing RAW file names, it's certainly strange, I'll call Hasselblad.

Just thought I would update the outcome. Sent body back to Sweden, the Real time clock uses a super capacitor which was not working, so the board was replaced and now time, date and file number are all recorded properly  :D
