Calibration error on h3dii-31

I just traded a lens for a 50mm ii and in the shop for the first time I got calibration error as an error code on the back. I managed to get rid of it by changing to program instead of manual and then back, but: it reappears now. Both tethered and untethered.
Can anyone help me out with information?
