H6D-100 corrupted files

Hi
This happened to me while shooting tethered to Phocus 3.3.5 the files appeared fine during the shoot
But when exported to any format it shows damaged. I tried Lightroom no luck
Now I'm waiting for the support to answer me but bunch of files are damaged and I have to shoot this again with full production which includes many other scenes
It a big fail and I can't trust the camera again. Any ideas or solutions could help.

That looks like a problem with the DSP on the board. Sorry this happened to you.

Remember that Phocus uses preview files to speed up file display, only at 100% do you know for sure you are seeing the actual file.

I always process out a few versions as I go (to a different drive) as a backup and also to avoid this situation.
