H3D 39---- CF to micro SD adapter----works!

To avoid CF card in and out of back, is it possible to leave CF to SD adapter in the back and eject SD card to be used in SD reader for copying images to computer?

EDIT:Took a plunge and bough Compact Flash to Micro SD adapter and confirm that the combination works with ancient H3D 39. I tested 2GB card and I will try 4GB and 8GB when I get hold of them. I cant see why this setup wont work in later models.
Also tested microSd 8Gb (C6). Works fine.
The memory card must be formatted in camera.
