Image not showing up on back after shot taken

Image not showing up on back after shot taken nor when I try to look at previous images taken - can see the histogram but no image. Tried to reset to factory settings with no luck.
Any ideas?

What does the histogram look like? Is it sitting well to the left?

No - the histogram is balanced. When I download my images to computer they are all fine. By the way I have the HD4-40.

I assume the card is supported (Sandisk/lexar come to mind) and freshly formatted? Does this happen with all cards?

It has happened with the 4 cards that I use - Sandick and Lexar. Thanks.

My guess is that the camera is not creating the preview jogs. Might be time to call Damon at CRK
