Just installed Phocus 2.8.1 and find that when I pick a thumbnail in the viewer it opens up the file in monochrome. The thumbnail is colour and the monochrome tickbox  in the tabs is not ticked. The back is a Imacon 528C and I am on 64bit windows 7. Anyone any thoughts?

Check the Saturation slider.

NickT's advice when first starting Phocus is to select Standard Setup to zero out all settings. Doing that has not worked for me but NickT knows Phocus better than I do so give it a try.

In another Topic in this category Stonemonkey reported a problem with Phocus 2.8.1 and he solved the issue by reverting to v2.8. You may need to downgrade to resolve your monochrome problem.

Thanks for the advice Chris, I am using std setup and the saturation is zeroed. It was the same in 2.8, I returned to 2.7.6 with no problems, oh well....

Alan sounds like a video card bug, just the colour readouts to see that the file is actually colour, that would tend to confirm.
