difference in sharpness

When I view a file at 100% these file is sharp enough .However if I crop a file to let's say 98% I noticed a marked difference between the two files. The latter being less sharp.

Is it in the setting of phocus? Is it the camera H5D-50?

It's probably Phocus. Output at 100% and size the image in Photoshop.
