503CWD stuck pixels on long exposure

hi everyone.
i have a problem - i receive a lot of stuck pixels (over 1000) on long exposures (more than 5sec).
can the camera be adjsuted somehow or do i need to send it to service?

any help appreciated. thank you.

I doubt that any 'servicing' would help but do check you have the latest firmware and Phocus software to get the best results.
