hi folks

I'm looking for infos about the max. write-speed of the H4D-50. Does anybody know which speedy CF-Card make sense?
Is 60MB/s (400x) enough? Or is a 100MB/s (600x) or even a 150MB/s (1000x) card needed to profit from the quickest possible write-speed of the back?

Thanx for any infos!

and yes...
what is the max. size of the cf-card I can use (32GB, 64GB, 128GB)?
I couldn't find any infos about that from the hassies...

thanx a lot

From the data sheet, on the H website.
http://www.hasselbladusa.com/downloads/datasheets.aspx

H4d-50 makes use
of a high speed capture architecture capturing full size, compressed
80Mbyte images at the rate of 1.1 seconds per capture.

So the new 1000x cards seem warranted but I don't know if the H4D 50 is UDMA 7 compatible?
You need to find out

Hueto

UDMA 7 Lexaar X 1000 does not work with H4D-40, I checked.
I do not speak English, my translations are done with Google translator. Sorry for any errors. thanks

Giorgio

UDMA 7 1000x works with the H4D 60, and works very well.

thanx for the replies, guys!
but why can't hasselblad publish a list with usable cf-card speed and capacity for their backs...?
if I buy a car for the 30000.- I know the size of the tank and the kind of petrol it needs...
