I have been recently getting this error message when outdoors.
Weather condition -20 to -30

Does anyone get this error? Or know how to troubleshoot.

It demands to service.The camera will be sent to the factory so it will spend a lot of time and It will coast approximately 1000-1300 euro

Just had my H3D-39 for service caused by this error 23.1

There are two known repair options you can easily find also at hasselblad.com (http://www.hasselblad.com/service--support/service/cost-estimates-and-fixed-service-prices.aspx)

a) Replacement of the auxiliary shutter unit which requires the camera to be shipped back to the factory (EUR 325+VAT + shipment and insurance)
b) Replacement of the auxiliary shutter driver which can be done locally (EUR 400 +VAT)

I ended up with option b which meant one hour of repair work plus the replacement part. But neither option should sum up for 1.000 to 1.300 EUR. I was stated a price of about 550 + VAT in case it had to go back to the factory.
