suspect scare on 39back

 My new Hassy had some dust spots on the back.whit the E-Wipe now seem ok.I'm afraid since one of the spot is always present and worst of all,i think it's a little dent in the IR filter.What do You think about?

P.S.:this is the spot as it appears shoting at F32 the jpg you can see is exactly the right low corner,loking the final images.so it should be in the upper left corner of the back(positioned)

Didn't you just go through this performance over on LL? Didn't you also say that you would contact your dealer on Monday? That seems like a good idea to me. Are you expecting a different answer here?

Thanks for your opinion.
i've noticed that it looks different focusing the lens at minimum focus distance or to infinity,and to a lens to another one as you can see in the images.
