LightRoom 4 not displaying H4D/60 Thumbs?

Has anyone else experienced this issue ...

When I load a CF card from my H4D/60 into LR 4 I can't edit what will be loaded for adjustments because the thumbnails do not show in the initial edit browser ... just a white box with the file name. I updated to LR4.1 with Camera RAW 7.1 and it still did not recognize the Hassey preview files. I can load all, and then they show up for development.

I kept LR3 on my machine, and that still works. of course everything also works fine in Phocus 2.6.6


Any thoughts?

As you mention you use Phocus 2.6.6 I recon your Mac based
I do not have any issues with Lightroom (3.6, 4.0,4.1) when importing (and working with) 3F and 3F files from the H4D-60. Also I have not heard of any.
When searching for Import problems + Lightroom 4.0 I do however get tons of hits - when adding H4D-60 (or just Hasseæblad) to the search string = none relevant 
Did you try posting you trouble on one of the Adobe forums?
