Phocus: problems with tethered capture and stripes on images

Hello,
I have been using Phocus for just a few days so maybe I haven't understood the software completely, but still...
I cannot trigger the camera from Phocus (1.1) — 132c back on a Mamiya 645AFD. The camera is not recognized (n/a in shutter etc. fields), the back fires but the image is certainly black. Everything works fine in FlexColor (4.8.6) — the camera focuses and fires. Is this camera/back not supported by Phocus, or is it some other issue?
Furthermore, there is a white horizontal line about a pixel in width on all the images previewed, edited and exported from Phocus. And no signs of that if the same images are opened with FC. Any solutions? Reinstalling gives no results.
