h4d 40/50/60

can someone direct me to a website that shows the different menu options in action that are on the h4d 40/50/60 digital back? on my cfv the options are very spartan which isn't a bad thing. is the lcd screen a touch screen?

Yes, to all the above.
I went from a CFV16 to an H4D-50 recently. I found the H4D-50 menu to be pretty much the same as the CFV, so my learning curve on that part of the camera was quite painless.
Of course, you do have other viewing options which you would not have on the CFV - data on the grip screen can be viewed on the back screen if desired, as well as a built-in level. But the "main course" of the menu looks and behaves just like the CFV.
