Hi

I'm considering an ipad and was wondering if there is a way to get the files from memory card into it as a storage medium and perhaps view in preview. Any experiences. It would make a difference from going for the basic 16gb to 64gb.

Thanks
Shaun

You know you can shoot tethered and have photos come up on the iPad with Phocus mobile right?

There are CF card readers  for the iPad but I've not tried them:

Getting files on to your iPad is very easy with applications like "Dropbox" See this link:

Note if you sign up with the link above (even for the free account) I will get extra space on my dropbox account, hurrah!

Do note that Phocus mobile requires you to shoot tethered with Phocus desktop running.

I do wish, for a mobile solution for the camera to shoot into a CF card, untethered, and send previews to ipad.

Hi

Yes I was aware of phocus mobile but I was hoping to drop a shot of a tricky situation onto the ipad when in the field and see a preview also. Will look into the link provided.

Thanks
