Corrupt CF Card

I have a few files on a 1gb CF card, shot on an H3D. Capture seemed normal, but the files do not show up when read by my card reader. The camera reports the card to be corrupt. The Lexar Image Rescue 3 software will not recognize 3FR files. Does anyone know another solution for this? It is not critical, but it will save a lot of Photoshop work if I can get these files.

I know a lot of people rate photorescue http://www.datarescue.com/photorescue/ for data recovery. probably worth a try...
